Adamson Adventures is me and my wife, Lesley. We deal with everything, we read your emails, talk to you on the phone, organise your courses run the activities and lead you wherever you want to go. We keep you safe and we patch you up if it comes to that. Let us know what you like about us and we’ll keep doing it. Let us know what you don’t like it and we’ll try to change it.

Qualifications

David Adamson holds several NGB (National Governing Body) awards in the areas where Adamson Adventures operates. He holds the Summer Mountain Leader Award, the Winter Mountain Leader Award and the International Mountain Leader (IML) Award. He is a BCU Level 3 kayak coach and holds Open canoe qualifications too. He has the Single Pitch Award (rock climbing), the Trail Cycle Leader Award and the Grand National Archery Society Leader Award. You don’t have to use a qualified leader for any of these activities in the UK but by doing so, you know that you’re getting an appropriate level of skill and experience. If we operate outside the UK (eg in France) then you’ll be pleased to know that the IML is an internationally recognised qualification making it legal to operate in France and other countries. David is a member of the MLTA and BAIML.

We care about what we do and we strive to do it right. This means you get a fully professional service.

Right for you

What we do is tailored to what you want.  If you want a group session for your group then I’ll sort one out.  If you want something different to the normal, ask and we’ll see what we can manage.  We would expect to be able to design our offering to suit you.

Costs

Because we’re small we’ve got very little overhead so we can keep costs down for you.
